Thales completes acquisition of cybersecurity firm Imperva from Thoma Bravo for $3.6 billion, ET Telecom

In India, this acquisition of Imperva will bring in around 100 employees specialising in software engineering development and customer success management to Thales, the French multinational separately said on Monday. These employees will be based in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with the integration of Imperva starting in January.
