"The Democrats so far, have no game plan whatsoever," Gov. Greg Abbott said in an interview Thursday about the Democrats that left the state to again block passage of sweeping new voting restrictions.
The El Paso delegation said in a briefing update Thursday they are continuing to speak with lawmakers in Washington D.C. 
State Representative Lina Ortega said the group met with Senator Elizabeth Warren and other senators.
Ortega met privately with senator Richard Blumenthal and other house members.
