Texas Gov. Greg Abbott gives $2.3 million to GOP runoff candidates who back his 'school choice' plan

DALLAS -- Gov. Greg Abbott has given almost $2.3 million to Texas House primary runoff candidates who support his plan for letting some families use public money for private school.
