Texas company fined $399K after tank cleaning workers, firefighters exposed to toxic gas in Beaumont

The U.S. Department of Labor said Monday that a company with facilities in Beaumont was fined $399,349 after employees and first responders were exposed to a toxic gas in an April 2023 incident.
