Texas A&amp;M&rsquo;s&nbsp;<a href="https://iqse.tamu.edu/" target="_blank">Institute for Quantum Science and Engineering (IQSE)</a>&nbsp;is a major player in one of the multi-million-dollar hubs, known as RISE, dedicated to advancing laser-driven fusion energy.</p>
