Texarkana Texas Police Need Your Help to ID This Man
Here is the information as posted on the TTPD Facebook Page:
On February 11th, this guy went into several private offices at Christus St. Michael Hospital and stole debit and credit cards out of at least two purses. Before the victims even knew their purses had been gone through, he'd already started making the rounds to local stores - using the stolen credit/debit cards to buy a bunch of pre-paid credit cards at $500 a pop.
