Directions:
Put meat into a bowl. Combine spices and add half into the meat mixture. Add one beaten egg. Mix together and then add the rest of the spices.
Once it is mixed, form into a round meatball. Try to have them each about the same size.
Add canola oil to a pan. Once the oil and pan is hot, add meatballs into the pan. Try not to overcrowd the pan, and work in batches if needed. Lower the stove's heat to medium. Turn the meatball 3 times to get marks on them. They will still be rare.
Add to the sauce. They will continue to cook in the sauce. Once you add the last batch in the sauce, let poach for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
