Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Key Publishing Ltd owns all intellectual property contained within the Key.Aero and permits you to use the data only in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may not distribute, transmit or reproduce, backup, create or sell materials obtained from the Key.Aero unless authorised in writing by Key Publishing Ltd. You may display and electronically copy, download and print hard copies of the material solely for your own use, provided that you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademarks or other proprietary notices.
