Tennessee teen Lily Basil shot and killed day after high school graduation

Lily Basil, 18, was struck in the right shoulder by a bullet from a rifle fired by Matthew Roufail before she was rushed to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, where she was later pronounced dead.
