Tennessee man faces drug, alcohol charges in Prentiss County

A Jackson, Tennessee man is facing drug and alcohol charges in Prentiss County. Saturday, 26-year-old Steven Armstrong approached a safety checkpoint being manned by Prentiss County deputies.
