Temporary restraining order issued to prevent demolition of Justus Ramsey Stone House

About a dozen people occupied the space in front of Burger Moe's on West Seventh Street in St. Paul early Tuesday morning to protest the order handed down the day before by Mayor Melvin Carter for the demolition of the city's historic Justus Ramsey House.
