Tempe proposes to tighten rules on short-term rentals ahead of 2023 Super Bowl

The new, more stringent rules on short term rentals were proposed before a recent shooting at a house party, and Mayor Corey Woods says the incident shows there is a need for stricter rules to be put in place.
