Tempe police: Mom claims she 'woke up' to bloody hands and found her kids dead

The woman accused of murdering her children on Saturday said she woke up with blood on her hands with no memory of what happened, according to a Tempe police statement. 
During an interview with police, 40-year-old Yui Inoue said that she went to bed and woke up at around 4:30 a.m. with blood on her hands and her two children dead near the doorway of the bedroom, according to the statement.
