Telangana village wedding turns Covid super-spreader as 87 guests test positive
87 people have tested positive for Covid-19 after attending a wedding in a village in Telangana. All of them have been asked to stay in home isolation.

A marriage ceremony in Hanmajipet village of Nizamabad district in Telangana became a Covid-19 super-spreader after 87 guests tested positive on Monday.
There were a total of 370 people at the wedding, all of whom have undergone a Covid test. All those who tested positive have been put in home isolation. An isolation centre has also been set up in the village. Health officials are in the process of testing and contact tracing.
