Telangana polls: ECI issues notice to Karnataka govt over violation of Model Code of Conduct in poll-bound Telangana

The Election Commission of India (ECI) issued a notice to the Government of Karnataka for publishing advertisements highlighting welfare schemes and achievements in newspapers in poll-bound Telangana.
