A GROUP of teenage trailblazers have launched a fundraising mission to establish a new base for their youth group.
6 Foot Lab, run by local couple Ewa and Pawel Jakubowski, started out as a project to provide young people with a safe place to go.
Before the pandemic, the group - which supports young people from a variety of backgrounds - would meet and create art as well as work on electromechanical projects.
After losing their permanent meeting place due to Covid-19, the team behind the initiative have now launched a crowdfunder to set up a new home where they can continue helping young people in Inverclyde.
