Teenage driver, 19, who killed pedestrian, 70 and seriously injured another AVOIDS jail

Chloe Bell, 21, was just 19 when she drove an estimated 46mph around a bend on a 40mph road, smashing into two women walking in Wigan. Elizabeth Anne Lythgoe later died of her injuries.
