Teen killed, boy seriously injured in Jaljulia shooting

A teenager was killed in a shooting Tuesday night in the town of Jaljulia in central Israel, becoming the 23rd Arab Israeli to die in violent circumstances this year. Another boy was also seriously wounded in the incident.
According to the Kan public broadcaster, the two were sitting outside their homes when they were fired upon. The report said the family is apparently involved in a criminal underground dispute, but it remains unclear if the two boys were the target.
Police said they were investigating the matter.
