Teen Girl and Two Boys Charged With Murder in Court After Boy, 13, Dies

Three teenagers charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder after an autistic 13-year-old boy was stabbed to death, appeared in court today.
Oliver Stephens, 13, also known as "Olly", was allegedly stabbed to death on Sunday in Emmer Green, Reading, with officers called to the scene just before 16:00 GMT. A 13-year-old girl, a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, all appeared before Reading Crown Court today.
All three all have been remanded in youth detention custody and a provisional trial date has been set for 21 June. The three also appeared before Reading Youth Court earlier today, where they only spoke to confirm their names, ages and addresses.
