Teachers from a city school were seen chasing after their pupils moments after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the street.
The boy was knifed in the leg on a grass verge next to the busy Childwall Fiveways roundabout yesterday afternoon.
The attack happened at around 3.05pm, just as pupils from nearby Childwall Sports and Science Academy, on adjacent Queens Drive, were walking home.
