An English teacher from Cigarroa High School was arrested Tuesday after she was discovered with an undressed teen who turned out to be a student of hers, Laredo police said.
Laura Michelle Lozano, 46, was charged with indecency with a child by exposure. She is out on bond from the Webb County Jail.
The case was reported Monday.
Suspicious vehicle
At about 10 p.m., Laredo police responded to a suspicious vehicle report in the 1500 block of Pappas Street, near Border Region Behavioral Health Center.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a small white sport utility vehicle. A woman who was “nude from the waist down” was inside, said Investigator Joe E. Baeza, LPD spokesman.
