TBI: South Carolina man drove over 5 hours to sexually exploit Cookeville child

David Vannelli, 39, of Anderson, South Carolina was arrested Tuesday night after he drove to Tennessee in an attempt to sexually exploit a 13-year-old girl from Cookeville.
