A fantasy-themed amusement park in Utah has filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift for alleged trademark infringement following the release of her latest album,
Evermore.
Evermore Parks said in its lawsuit filed on Tuesday that the title of Swift's 2020 album
Evermore violates the park's trademark rights.
