Tax cuts: Utah bill to cut income tax rate advances. Is it enough?

A bill to cut Utah’s income tax rate from 4.95% to 4.85% is headed to the full Senate. But the debate over how lawmakers should spend $160 million already set aside for tax relief in 2022 continues, with talks about increasing that amount to $200 million.
