Kale has previously served as CEO of Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Limited from 2021 to 2024 and Tata Power Ajmer Distribution Ltd from 2018 to 2020. He rejoins Tata Power-DDL, having first joined the Tata Power group in 2003 and previously working in various capacities within the company, including leading projects focused on operations transformation and network revamping.
