Task force busts fake Lagos ministry's staff extorting motorists

On Friday, Lagos State Ministry of Transportation (MOT) apprehended 10 individuals posing as ministry staff and confiscating vehicles at Cele Bus Stop on Apapa/Oshodi Expressway.
