Tanur Boat Tragedy: Kerala High Court initiates suo motu case; says authorities equally responsible as boat operator

The Court initiated suo motu proceedings into the boat accident which occurred on Monday at Palakkad district's Tanur and claimed the lives of at least 22 persons, including several children.
