Taj Mahal: Here are the '470 reasons' that are defacing Taj Mahal's beauty

The Taj Mahal, one of India's most iconic monuments, is surrounded by 470 illegal structures within a 500m radius. Despite FIRs filed by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), local authorities have failed to remove these encroachments. Recent reports reveal that 248 new illegal constructions have emerged between 2015 and 2022, some as close as 50m to the world heritage site.
