Taipei launches new 1959 animal rescue hotline

Taipei, Nov. 15 (CNA) The Taipei City Animal Protection Office (TCAPO) on Tuesday launched a new 24-hour hotline that city residents can use to report and seek assistance for animals that are found ill or injured or are being abused.
