Tainted Addl Sub-Collector given forced retirement

Taking strong action against Additional Sub-Collector Prasanta Kumar Rout of Nabarangpur district, the State Government on Tuesday gave compulsory retirement to him after detection of disproportionate assets worth over Rs 5 crore in his possession.
