Tahoe National Forest 90 acre prescribed burn to occur near White Cloud: Burn may begin as early as today Oct. 11 and continue for approximately two days

Tahoe National Forest will begin a prescribed 90-acre pileburn on Burlington Ridge, one mile south of White Cloud. Smoke may be visible from Highway 20 and surrounding communities.
