ACT Party leader David Seymour has spoken at ACT's annual conference on Sunday, touching on cancel culture, democracy and freedom of speech.
At a packed event at the ASB Waterfront Theatre, Seymour also discusses his policy ambitions, including reforms to our democracy and a proposal to give principals the power to give high-performing teachers bonuses.
