Further to its announcement on 16 February 2024, Symbio Holdings Limited (ASX:SYM) is pleased to announce that an office copy of orders made by the Federal Court of Australia approving the scheme of arrangement under which Aussie Broadband Limited will acquire 100% of the issued shares in Symbio has been lodged with ASIC.
