Clients who dealt with Sydney real estate agent Karl Howard had given him praise and thanks for his service before he was arrested and charged with violently attacking a woman with a samurai sword.
Prosecutors have claimed Mr Howard, 44, sang “I’m going to kill you” before he hit a woman with a samurai sword at his Annandale home, causing her significant injuries.
Karl Howard has been charged with attempted murder.
