Lin Halfon spent 13 months in jail for stealing a million dollars from her husband, Tampa businessman Richard Rappaport. Last January she took a plea deal and was deported back to Israel. Now, prosecutors say she was under the spell of a self-proclaimed psychic who now faces a long list of charges.
