Swiss To Extradite Lawyer Accused In Cum-Ex Scandal

Switzerland plans to extradite a lawyer formerly with the now-defunct firm Dewey & LeBoeuf to face charges in his native Germany's cum-ex tax scandal, his attorney confirmed Friday while saying the lawyer was innocent and would fight the move.
