Sweet assignment for Mariner Middle eighth-graders

Mariner Middle School paraprofessional Nancy Berg came up with the idea for the ice cream contest and worked with Chip Hearn of The Ice Cream Store in Rehoboth Beach to engage students.
Mariner Principal Fred Best chose the winning ice cream recipe to be submitted for The Ice Cream Store contest.
