Swedish Council St. Lucia Festival Join the Swedish Council of St. Louis for a traditional Swedish Christmas celebration. The Swedish Butik (boutique) will open at 2:00 pm. The narrated performance with traditional Swedish Christmas songs, dancing, Swedish elves, and Jul Tomte (Santa) begins at 3 pm. The program highlight is the candlelight procession of Lucia.
