Suspended NIA administrator denies charges in Ombudsman case

Suspended National Irrigation Administration (NIA) Benny Antiporda denied on Wednesday, Nov. 16, the charges levelled against him by some of the agency's officers and employees that resulted in his suspension from work without pay for six months by the Office of the Ombudsman.
