Suspected ISIS terrorists arrested in NY, crossed border illegally: Feds

Eight people from Tajikistan suspected of having ties to ISIS were arrested in a sting operation in New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles after crossing the southern border illegally, sources tell FOX News.
