Christian Vargas, who has a prior DUI, pleads not guilty to murder & DUI charges in the horrific Pittsburg crash that killed a 7-year-old- girl and her mother’s boyfriend. Vargas was going as fast as 100 mph in a Camaro while at least two times the legal limit, police and the district attorney said.
