"If there's information out there that we don't know that someone knows, and that arrest makes them feel a certain way about talking to us, I would suggest them come forward and come talk to us."Foree was killed outside of X-Clusive nightclub after a fight in Shively the night of August 31."The altercation inside the club was between Forre and O'Bannon," Allen said. "Minutes after in the parking lot is when the shooting occurred both of those subjects were outside at that time and that's where we kind of have a blank in information as to what happened after that."Related: Jack Harlow posts about shooting after DJ charged with murder: 'My heart is broken'Allen said he believes people saw what happened and is encouraging witnesses to come forward. He said the police department has been reviewing some of the third-party information that has been coming in about the X-Clusive shooting."We get a lot of, 'Well, we didn't say that, we didn't see it,' so we're not getting a whole lot of cooperation from people that were there. There were several people there so I feel like somebody saw something that can help with the case," Allen said. "Like I said, we don't know for sure if he is the sole actor in this so we want any information, any witnesses that were outside that saw anything to get with us and talk to us so we can bring closure to the family."Allen believes witness testimony will be key in making an arrest."There is a mistrust with a lot of people in the community with the police department and a lot of people don't want to talk to us and I understand the reason behind some of that but at the end of the day there's a victim, there's a family mourning the loss of a loved one and this is going to help them," Allen said. "It's going to help us close a case but it's going to help bring closure to that family."O'Bannon's bond is set at $500,000 and he is expected in court on May 17.
