Suspect in Norway Bow-and-Arrow Attack Threatened to Kill Parent, Was Known to Police

The suspect allegedly killed five people and injured three with a bow-and-arrow in Kongsberg. He is being held on preliminary charges and will face a custody hearing on Friday.
