Suspect in Fargo riverbank killing argues with judge, wants to fire lawyer

Judge Susan Bailey ordered a mental health evaluation for George Ortiz, who is accused of killing Phillip Dewey Bergquist in October near the Red River. It’s not Ortiz’s first outburst in court.
