Suspect in air guardsman's killing in Minot asks to have preliminary hearing closed to public

Daniel Breijo, charged with murder in the Dec. 24 shooting death of Nicholas Van Pelt in Minot, is asking the courts to close off his June preliminary hearing to the public.
