Las Vegas Metropolitan police said Ortega-Rodriguez decided to confess to his involvement in a robbery that turned deadly on Jan. 26. He is one of three suspects in the case. The other suspects are 19-year-old Daniel Meza-Ortega and an unidentified 16-year-old who has been arrested but not named
