Suspect arrested in fatal shooting of woman visiting NYC apartment

Jose Romero is accused of shooting 19-year-old Briana Zaret multiple times inside a second-floor apartment on Pulaski St. near Malcolm X. Blvd. in Bedford-Stuyvesant about 1:05 p.m. June 16.
