Survivor of Stockton serial killer describes how he crept up to her

Natasha LaTour, 46, was shot multiple times by Wesley Brownlee at a train station at 3.20am on April 16 last year. Brownlee, 43, has now been arrested on suspicion of at least six murders in California.
