NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule asserted on Thursday that there is a strong desire for change among the people of India due to issues like corruption, unemployment, and inflation. She criticized the current government, alleging it is anti-women and anti-farmer. Sule, who is contesting from Baramati Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra, will face her sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar, the wife of Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, in the upcoming elections. Sule's comments come amidst reports of declining job placement rates at prestigious institutes like IITs, which she cited as evidence of rising unemployment and the government's failure to create jobs.
