Supreme Court upholds dismissal in Negersmith case

Charges against Jerry Rosado, accused of sexually assaulting Susan Negersmith the night she died in 1990, were dismissed earlier this year on grounds that the statute of limitations had expired. The New Jersey Supreme Court upheld that ruling Wednesday.
